Portal Customizations

Listed below are some specific configuration changes made to the Customer implementation of the SAS Information Delivery Portal. All of the references below to the D: drive are relative to the server.

Overall Portal Look

  1. The banner name that appears at the top left of all portal screens was changed from ‘SAS Portal’ to ‘CUSTOMER Report Navigator’. This was done by modifying the value of the banner-in-name parameter in the following file: D:\SAS\Tomcat41\webapps\Portal\WEB-INF\web.xml
  1. The Customer logo for the main screen of the SAS Portal was substituted for the SAS logo and placed here: D:\SAS\Tomcat41\webapps\SASTheme_default\themes\default\images\logo.gif
  1. A modification was made for the height and width attributes of the SAS logo entry to match the dimensions of the Customer logo. Those changes were made here: D:\SAS\Tomcat41\webapps\SASTheme_default\themes\SASthemes.xml
  1. The Customer logo for the Web Report Viewer was substituted for the SAS logo and placed here: D:\SAS\Tomcat41\webapps\SASWebReportViewer\themes\default\images
